A handsome NZ native, endemic to the Chatham Islands. It has fine fern-like glaucous blue foliage and produces a flowering stem of yellow flowers in summer. Best grown in full sun to semi-shade and requires good drainage. Rarely seen in cultivation. Hardy. Evergreen.

Never over head water on hot days or in full sunlight, Plant in free draining soil.This plant normaly grows and is only found naturally occuring on the Chatham Islands. Cut leaves make a fantastic long lived cut foliage.
