Low Maintenance
Drought Tolerant - Once established

An exceptional New Zealand native groundcover, Scleranthus uniflorus forms a dense, moss-like cushion of fine, bright green foliage, offering texture and interest. Its compact, low-growing habit makes it ideal for underplanting in containers, filling crevices in rockeries or softening edges in gravel or alpine-style gardens.

This hardy evergreen thrives in full sun and prefers free draining conditions, growing best over shingle, gravel or rocky soils. While it resembles moss, it is far more resilient, tolerating dry periods once established.

A beautiful, sculptural plant that brings subtle detail and a refined natural feel to both native and modern garden designs.
