Low Maintenance
Salt Tolerant / Coastal Suitable

A spreading perennial with fine needle-like bluish green leaves and yellow-green flowering bracts that often turn orange as they age. The soft feathery foliage gives the plant a light textured look and makes a great groundcover. Perfect in borders, on sunny slopes and in cottage and coastal gardens.

Naturally a coloniser plant that spreads by creeping roots to form a dense carpet, so give it room or plant where its spread is welcome. Hardy. Prefers sun or part shade and tolerates dry poor soils. Wear gloves when handling as the milky sap can irritate skin. Winter dormant.
