A low growing hebe found on the Hunter Hills in South Canterbury. It has attractive fine blue grey foliage with small white flowers that are enjoyed by bees. The soft silvery tone makes a lovely contrast with darker green plants and gives the garden a cool textured look all year round.

Hardy and easy to grow. Prefers sun to partial shade with well drained soils. Suits rock gardens and gravel plantings or the front of borders and it also works well in containers. Needs very little pruning to keep its shape. Evergreen.
