A slender perennial with narrow rippled green leaves edged in white that bring a unique texture and luminosity to shady spots. In summer it produces delicate mauve flowers on slim stems that rise above the foliage. The neat upright clump stays attractive from spring through to autumn.

Perfect for small gardens and borders or container planting and it also works well as underplanting beneath larger plants or along a shady path. Thrives in moist well drained soil in partial to full shade. Protect from slugs and snails as new growth emerges. Winter dormant.
