A low creeping alpine plant with tiny white flowers and pale green foliage carried on fine branchlets. The delicate mat-forming habit gives it a soft textured look that weaves between rocks and stepping stones. A charming choice for gardeners who enjoy miniature alpine plantings.

Requires cool gritty moist soil in sun to light shade. Well suited to rock gardens and troughs or the gaps between paving and the cooler spots at the base of a wall. Keep the soil evenly moist through summer but avoid waterlogging. A gritty top dressing helps keep the foliage clean and the roots cool. Evergreen. Hardy.
