Salt Tolerant / Coastal Suitable

Libertia peregrinans is a striking native plant featuring upright brownish-green foliage with a bright orange midrib, which deepens to rich orange-brown through winter. It produces attractive white iris-like flowers in summer, followed by ornamental seed pods that add interest well into autumn.

Hardy and well-adapted to New Zealand conditions, this plant thrives in well-drained soils and is especially suited to coastal sandy sites. Ideal for mass planting, Mikoikoi brings vibrant colour and texture to native gardens and landscapes throughout New Zealand.
