A dense low mat of strongly lemon scented foliage. New growth is a bright yellow green that lights up the garden and the plant produces pale lilac flowers in summer that are enjoyed by bees. Ideal for herb gardens, edging, rockeries and pots.

The fragrant leaves are also lovely in the kitchen and add a citrus note to fish, chicken and salads. Suits sun to part shade and well drained soil and is drought tolerant once established. Trim lightly after flowering to keep the plant compact. Evergreen. Hardy.
