Acer palmatum Shaina is a compact, dwarf Japanese maple prized for its vivid foliage and elegant form. In spring, its finely textured leaves emerge a brilliant red, maturing to a deep maroon-red in summer before transitioning to glowing crimson tones in autumn.

With its dense, upright habit, Acer palmatum Shaina is ideal for small gardens, containers or feature planting.  

Best grown in full sun to part shade in a sheltered position protected from strong winds. Prefers moist, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. Acer palmatum Shaina is both hardy and deciduous.
