A hardy herbaceous perennial valued for its long-lasting late-season colour. Forms a neat clump of dark green foliage, topped with an abundance of small, bright yellow button flowers from late summer through autumn, providing a cheerful display when many other plants are fading.

Ideal for mixed borders, cottage gardens and mass planting, it also performs well in containers. The blooms are excellent for cutting and attract beneficial pollinators. Plant in full sun in well-drained soil for best flowering and overall plant health.

Cut back hard after flowering to encourage fresh growth and maintain a tidy habit. Winter dormant, re-emerging in spring.
